The Global Impact Collection represents five project locations where clean water infrastructure is still needed today.
Location: Arizona, USA
You’ll help bring clean water to an American home. DIGDEEP is working across the Navajo Nation, where families living below the poverty line are forced to buy expensive bottled water or haul dirty water from ponds or live stock troughs.
Location: Madhubani, India
WaterAid is focused on developing community-led sustainable and equitable access to clean water, decent toilets, and improved hygiene in the most vulnerable districts of Madhubani, India. Funds help project elements like water quality monitoring and increasing the supply of safe piped water.
Location: Ontario, Canada
You’ll help provide education and training to youth in many First Nations communities across Ontario. Graduates of the training program will use their knowledge, skills and credentials to support their communities, providing safe and clean drinking water for future generations.
Location: Espaillat, Dominican Republic
Wine To Water focuses on schools in developing nations like Espaillat, Dominican Republic who are especially vulnerable to a pandemic, by engaging students and teachers with staff support, training, and water technologies. Funds help project elements like school WASH assessments and hand-washing stations.
Location: Tigray, Ethiopia
charity: water is pursuing a multi-year plan to provide universal water supply coverage in rural Tigray, Ethopia, in an effort to reduce water collection time and disease burden, while also creating transformational change in education and gender equality. Funds help solutions like the construction of a community well with a hand pump.
