The lifetime of our QR code is estimated at two to three years. When Tags are first applied to containers, they must dry for 24 hours before the first washing.
Container Tags are not customizable to ensure QR code accuracy and program consistency.
There is no limit to how many containers a user can rent. The number of containers a user has checked out can be seen on the Fill it Forward App. Once you have returned a container, a credit will show in the profile.
The Container Tags are shipped on sticker rolls. It is the responsibility of the food service manager to stick these tags on all containers. We highly recommend that the food service manager starts by placing each container on a flat surface.
